Getting to, staying in, and enjoying the Leesburg, Virginia area.


How to get here by air: Leesburg is about 12 minutes from Dulles Airport (code IAD). Reagan International (aka National Airport) (code DCA) and Baltimore/Washington International (BWI) are within an hour to an hour and a half. You can search for flights on most websites using the code WAS to search for best flights into any of those three major airports. The Leesburg Airport is a small, business airport and does not have any commercial flights.


How to get here by train: The closest train station is in Point of Rocks, MD for the MARC train (Maryland regional transport) or Frederick, Maryland for Amtrak (code FRC).

How to get here by car: A couple of smaller highways come through Leesburg: Route 7, Route 15, and Route 9. We are also not far from I-81 or I-95 (off of the western half of I-495).

Where to stay: We've blocked lots of rooms for guests at the Best Western Leesburg. Please mention either of our names when you reserve your rooms for a discounted group rate.

How to get around: The hotel shuttles will take you to and from the airport, but will only get you to the ceremony. However, friends and family with vehicles have graciously agreed to provide transportation for those in need.
